External plumbing done
Drove by the block today and found the external plumbing was completed yesterday.
Plus we now have a big pile of dirt at the back of the house and the front. Hmmm, not sure if we can utilise that for fill. I'm sure there will be growing pile of something as the build progresses.
Our SS contacted us late last week, after external plumbing, the next item on the list to be completed is the frame.
