We have a slab!!

Another day, this time we have a slab! Can't believe how much work has been completed, this time last week we had a scapped site, 4 work days later we have a slab.

Timeline

20 March 2013 - Handover
8 March 2013 - Driveway & path completed
6 March 2013 - PCI
20 Feb 2013 - Front steps & laundry landing built
16 Feb 2013 - House clean
14 Feb 2013 - Tiles laid & kitchen splashback
5 Feb 2013 - Electricals completed
5 Feb 2013 - Carpet & main tiles laid
31 Jan 2013 - Timber doors stained
30 Jan 2013 - Caesarstone & tapware installed
19 Jan 2013 - Painting commenced
15 Jan 2013 - Kitchen, Bathroom & laundry cupboards installed
4 Jan 2013 - Tiling started
12 Dec 2012 - Lock up
10 Dec 2012 - Stairs installed
27 Nov 2012 - Gyprock
20 Nov 2012 - Aircon ducting & electrical wiring
27 Oct 2012 - Roof tiles
18 Oct 2012 Bricking finished
02 Oct 2012 - Brickies started
21 Sept 2012 - Internal plumbing
18 Sept 2012 - Frame completed & windows installed
12 Sept 2012 - Frame commenced
04 Sept 2012 - Slab

18 July 2012 - Pool formwork and concrete shell
10 July 2012 - Pool excavation
18 May 2012 - House DA approved
18 April 2012 - Pool approved CDC
12 March 2012 - Pool contract signed
7 March 2012 - House DA lodged to council
29 Feb 2012 - Land settlement
22 Feb 2012 - Contracts signed
21 Feb 2012 - Final plans
9 Feb 2012 - Land registered
28 Nov 2011 - Initial tender presentation
13 Nov 2011 - Tender meeting
31 Oct 2011 - Deposit paid with Wisdom
2 Oct 2011 - Deposit paid for land
